The new report, by Andropogon Associates LTD, with guidelines for how to best manage the river edges of Three Rivers Park and the Pittsburgh Pool. By implementing these recommendations, Pittsburgh can go a long way toward reclaiming riverfront spaces, reducing flood damage, and controlling invasive plant species throughout the region.
